Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

• Client service data: Retained for 7 years following the end of the engagement, in line with HMRC requirements
• Enquiry and contact form data: Retained for 2 years
• Website analytics data: Retained for 13 months
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or object

Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
